Use this page to prepare the information Sportynix support needs for a refund review. Once completed, the site opens a prefilled refund email to support@sportynix.com.

Required details

Full name, account email or phone, booking reference, payment amount, reason for the request, and relevant evidence.

Do not include

PINs, passwords, one-time passwords, full card numbers, or card security codes.
